Our Landscape

The surrounding landscape provided inspiration for the entire concept of the hotel. From the initial design to the final details, we sought to combine the natural beauty of our surroundings with the atmosphere and design of our hotel. Every step was carefully thought out so that our hotel would reflect the harmony and uniqueness of the surrounding landscape.

Enjoy nature awakening during walks along the surrounding trails. Observe the blossoming trees and herb garden, smell the chamomile flowers, and listen to the silence accompanied by birdsong. The summer months bring freshness to our valley, the scent of cut grass, green forests, and sun-drenched meadows. Long warm evenings invite you to sit under the open sky or enjoy seasonal ingredients at a mill barbecue.

A colorful kaleidoscope of orange, gold, and red tones transforms the surrounding forests into a breathtaking backdrop. A gentle breeze carries the scent of fallen leaves, while warm sunlight bathes the surroundings in a golden glow. Every step through the forest in autumn feels like a walk through a masterpiece, as if nature itself were the artist. Explore the depths of the forest and bring back a basket full of mushrooms.

Snow-covered meadows, forests, and fields create a fairytale setting. Winter at the mill is quiet, peaceful, and magical, and is ideal for exploring the Jizera Mountains. Just a short distance away, you will find the highest peak and dominant feature of northern Bohemia – Ještěd. Our region offers many opportunities for winter activities. There are cross-country skiing trails near the mill and ski resorts nearby.
