Head into the surrounding forests with a basket and return with spices for your plate. Our chef will prepare a meal from the mushrooms you have collected, tailored precisely to your taste.

Hunting

A meeting with a local hunter will show you the forest through different eyes. You will learn more about wildlife, the forest, and the tradition of Czech hunting.

Bike Rentals and Cycling Routes

Discover the beauty of the Podještědská countryside by bike. We’ll recommend routes that take you through the area’s scenic highlights, ranging from leisurely trails to more challenging terrain. We’re happy to rent you bikes and all the necessary equipment; we just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to provide you with pricing details in person.

The Ještěd Ski Resort is just a short distance away and offers ideal conditions for winter sports. By prior arrangement, we can also arrange a morning "Fresh Track" experience for you, including breakfast right on the slopes and transportation from the hotel directly to the slopes and back.

30 min - An iconic peak that combines architecture, views, and symbolism of the entire region. Climbing Ještěd will reward you with a unique panorama.

35 min - A fairytale landscape. Discover natural beauty, picturesque historic towns, and castles. Prachovské skály (Prachov Rocks) – 45 min – A place that will captivate you with its monumentality and quiet power. 45 min - A majestic castle guarding the surrounding countryside. Climb up to Bezděz and the view from its tower will show you how close the past can be and how beautiful the Czech countryside is.
