Brunch at the mill
Every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., we open the doors of our mill to everyone.
Come join us for brunch and enjoy a peaceful morning. Brunch here is a little ritual to slow down and start the weekend in style. Bring your family, friends, or treat yourself to some time just for yourself.
You can choose between savory and sweet options – it all depends on your taste.
Salty brunch
- 2 eggs in a glass, Pecorino Romano cheese, olive oil
- Half a sandwich with mortadella, Emmental cheese, and Dijon mustard
- Pickled fruit salad
- Cake or pastry according to seasonal offer
- Fresh juice 0.1 l
Sweet brunch
- 2 eggs in a glass, Pecorino Romano cheese, olive oil
- Butter, radish salt, Emmental cheese, sourdough bread
- Pickled fruit salad
- Semolina porridge with butter, cocoa, and brittle
- Fresh juice 0.1 l
Flat rate: CZK 350 per person
